How does Stocked Fridge work?
You place your order before your trip. We shop, organize, deliver, and stock your rental prior to arrival, so your vacation starts the moment you walk in.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Orders must be placed at least 72 hours before your arrival date. This allows us to schedule your delivery, shop fresh, and prepare your order.
What time will my order be delivered?
Our standard is to deliver and fully stock your rental prior to guest arrival in most cases — typically before 4:00 PM on your check-in day.
Will my groceries always arrive before I check in?
We aim to fully stock your rental before you arrive. However, in rare cases due to weather, road conditions, access issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may occur after check-in. We will always communicate and complete your order as quickly as possible.
Do you enter the rental to stock the fridge?
Yes. Stocked Fridge works only with approved hosts who provide keyless entry access. This allows our team to safely and securely stock the kitchen before your arrival.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar or higher-quality item whenever requested.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we begin shopping and scheduling quickly, changes and cancellations must be made more than 72 hours before your arrival.
After that, orders may already be in process.
Is this available for all Airbnbs?
Stocked Fridge is available only at approved partner properties. Not all listings are activated. Hosts must register and be approved before their property is eligible.

No. Stocked Fridge is a pre-arrival stocking service designed specifically for short-term rentals.

Every order is carefully selected, packed, and stocked with attention to detail, so your kitchen feels prepared, clean, and ready the moment you arrive.
This is not a quick grocery drop. It’s a curated experience.
